A fresh, well balanced white apple and green currant-wine. Despite it’s name, the wine is drinkable in every season and with it’s slight dryness it’s a very sociable drink and a great accompaniment for sweet dishes. Also fits with every meal, be there meat or fish on the plate.
A semi-sweet wine made from red currants fortified with fresh forest-raspberries, which give the wine a divine taste. A fine wine on its own that doesn’t need any other sustenance as company. If any, it will allow light meals.
This fizzling beauty of a wine is made from juicy whitecurrants, straight from local gardens. The wine is delightfully semi-sweet and bubbly as a festive wine should be. Not shaken or stirred.
